Lucas Kuttler – Partner

Lucas Kuttler is the Managing Director and Partner of Asvito Consulting. He has graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a major in accounting, controlling, audit and trust. Long-time experience as Group CIO of Degussa, a German chemistry trust, and of Schindler, a Swiss elevator and escalator manufacturer, formed his capabilities in Organisational Change Management. From his position as COO of the ALSO Holding AG, a computer wholesaler and a subsidiary of Schindler, he gained vast knowledge in Sales & Distribution, IT Management and Business Process Reengineering. Therefore he possesses long-standing operating experience in leadership and, especially for complex IT-projects, a remarkable know-how in project handling.

Thomas Müller – Partner

Since 2010 Thomas Müller is CEO of CIC Banque Suisse, a Swiss foreign bank that operates as a full-service bank. He successfully studied political science in Geneva and economics at the University of St. Gallen with emphasis on banking. Before becoming CEO of CIC he was a member of the management board of the Migros Bank and as the Head of Private Banking responsible for the setup of the equity market and the private banking division. Thus, Thomas Müller has compelling experience in the field of private banking and outstanding skills in general management at his disposal and knows the Swiss financial centre and customer segments at best. Furthermore, he is an expert in private equity, real estate and intellectual property.

Tomas Prenosil – Partner

Lic. iur. Tomas Prenosil is CEO of the Confiserie Sprüngli, one of Europe’s most renowned confectioners with an outstanding product range and a tradition that goes back to 1836. He holds the operative responsibility and is in particullar responsible for the areas Marketing and Business Development. He studied law at the University of Zurich and attained various executive educations. Since he became CEO of Sprüngli in 2002 the company has expanded its assortment, updated its appearance and extended its sales network throughout Switzerland. While accomplishing these tasks he acquired valuable competences in Sales and Marketing, Organisational Management and New Product Development.

Martin Pulver – Partner

Barrister-at-law Martin Pulver is founding partner of the Swiss attorney PULVER & FAHRNI located in Zürich, Pfäffikon and Baar. He successfully compelted his legal studies at the University of Zürich and additionally was awarded with the title “Master of European and International Business Law” from the University of St. Gallen. His main area of activities are in contract and commercial law. He also is managing partner of SPG SWISS, a legal and business consultancy firm, and in the board of administration and partner of the compliance service provider Info4C AG, that is specialised in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions. Additionally to these competences in M&A, Contract and Commercial Law Martin Pulver is an expert for Real Estate and Machine Industry concerns.
